How do you check your therapist's qualifications?

What insurance do you hold, can we see a copy of the certificate?

We are fully insured with public liability insurance and are happy to provide a copy for your records

what times of day do you offer these services?

Our services are available Monday to Friday during daytime hours

We currently do not offer weekend or evening appointments

Are the treatments the same for both men and women?

​

Yes the treatments are the same for both men and women and all our therapists are female at this time

Would staff need to fill in a consultation form or questionnaire?

​

Yes we need to be aware of any injuries or health issues that an employee may have so that we can adjust the massage or, in some cases, we may advise an employee not to proceed. Their safety always comes first.

When do you require the forms filled in?

Once a confirmation of a booking has been received we will email you a copy of the health form that you can then give to your employees.

We will treat all information with the greatest of care and abide by GDPR regulations of any stored information. We do this in advance to avoid wasting any appointments and to be able to decline treatment in advance as discreetly as possible to avoid any embarrassment to an employee.

What is your cancellation policy?

We require a minimum of 48 hours notice and will take a deposit at the time of booking.

Are all of your treatments safe for pregnant or breastfeeding women?

​

We only use grape seed oil and not aromatherapy oils so yes pregnant women are able to experience our massages, however we advise waiting until their 12 week scan before proceeding.
