Attendance & Punctuality

  • Please arrive on time and attend all scheduled sessions to gain the full benefit of your training.

Payments & Refunds

  • Course fees must be paid in full or as agreed at the time of booking. Refunds are provided according to our cancellation policy.

Health & Safety

  • If you have any medical conditions or concerns, please let us know before attending. Follow all health & safety guidance during your training.

Code of Conduct

  • Respectful behavior is expected at all times. Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in removal from the course.

Q: Do I need prior experience?

  • Yes you need a level 3 in A&P or beauty or massage therapy 

Q: Will I receive a certificate?

  • Yes! All courses provide an accredited certificate upon successful completion.

Q: What do I need to bring?

  • Comfortable clothing, a notebook, and any specific equipment mentioned in your course confirmation.

Q: Are the courses accredited?

  • Yes. Our training is fully accredited, which allows you to practice professionally and gain insurance where required. But please also check with your insurance company. 

Q: Can I pay in installments?

  • Yes. Please contact us to discuss available payment options.

Q: Do you provide ongoing support?

  • Absolutely! We’re here to support you even after your training is complete.

  • Q: Do I need to be fully qualified to take part in these courses?
    A: Yes. You must already hold a Level 3 qualification in massage or holistic therapy. These are advanced CPD courses, not beginner-level.

  • Q: Will I be able to get insured after the course?
    A: Absolutely. All of our courses are accredited by the CPD Group of Excellence and are insurable. We recommend checking with your insurer ahead of time.

  • Q: Do I need to bring a model?
    A: For two-person classes, you’ll work with your fellow student. For one-to-one sessions, we’ll provide a model or you may bring your own (with prior notice).

  • Q: How long are the courses?
    A: Most of our massage courses are one full day (approximately 6–7 hours), with theory, practical, and assessment combined.

  • Q: What if I want one-to-one training?
    A: We offer 1:1 sessions for those who prefer focused, personalised instruction. These are subject to availability and include an additional fee.
